Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machines (HFFS)
ADM Packaging Automation’s Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machines (HFFS) deliver a cost-saving packaging solution to your production line. Also known as bag and sachet makers, Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machines allow the operator to form, fill and seal a doy or sachet bag from a roll of laminated plastic, foil or paper at high speed in one automated process. This reduces the cost of purchasing premade bags for your products and increases production capacity. The Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machines are used to process liquids, granules and powders.

The Horizontal Form Fill and Seal Machines (HFFS) can be built to include multiple dosing stations to increase production or custom made with options to apply zippers, spouts, and tear notches to the bags or sachets. ADM-H220 Stand up Pouch (HFFS)
The ADM-H220 Horizontal Form Fill and Seal machine is designed to form doy pouch and sachet bags from a rewind film. With the option to apply a zipper to the bag, customers are no longer required to use premade bags that can come with zippers closed. The HFFS machine is the most cost effective way to minimise film cost. The ADM-H220 is the smallest in the HFFS range and come in a less than 8m long. The 220mm pitch between each station allows for a 200mm wide pouch to be used.

ADM-H330 Stand up Pouch (HFFS)
The ADM-H330 Horizontal Form Fill and Seal machine is the next size up from the ADM-H220 it has a 330mm pitch between stations which allows a pouch width up to 315mm. If you are spending too much on premade pouches why not get a machine that can form a pouch on the machine and spend a fraction of the cost on film. The HFFS machine has the ability to create both doy and flat bags and apply zippers, spouts and tear notches. Our machines are competitive on price and high in quality. ADM-H280D Stand up Pouch (HFFS)
The ADM-H280D is a duplex system, coupled with a twin timing hopper from a multihead weigher or twin dosing system, this machine can run up to 140 pouches per minute. The ADM-H280 will suit your high speed filling requirements. The Horizontal Fill Form and Seal machine can form both doy pouches and flat bags from a rewind film then fill and seal. The pitch between station is 280mm but as this is a duplex system this can run bags up to 140mm wide. This is perfect for the packing FMCG and only requires an operator to change film instead of manually loading each premade bag.

ADM-H330D Stand up Pouch (HFFS)
The ADM-H330D Horizontal Form Fill and Seal machine is the next size up duplex machine from the ADM-H220D it has a 330mm pitch between stations which allows a pouch width up to 160mm. This machine is ideal for the slightly larger FMCG that require high packing speeds and minimal operators. Typically this machine would be supplied with a 20, 24 or 32 head combination weigher with a twin timing hopper that can keep up with the maximum speed of 140 bags per minute. As the pouches or flat bags are formed on the HFFS machine, there is no need for an operator to continuously load premade bags into the machine. The ADM-H330D with form the pouch directly from a rewind. Our machines are competitive on price and high in quality. ADM-H460D Stand up Pouch (HFFS)
The ADM-H460D Horizontal Form Fill and Seal machine is the largest of our duplex machines. It can run pouches up to 220mm wide. This machine is for customers who are serious about saving every dollar and running as efficiently as possible this is achieved by packing up to 140 bags per minute, with minimal operators. As the pouch is formed off a rewind there is no need to have an operator continuously loading in premade pouches. These operators are now available to assist elsewhere in your packaging factory.
