ADM-W400 VFFS for Wet Environment
Australian-made at ADM’s Thomastown, VIC facility, the W Series Vertical Form Fill Seal Machines are engineered for wet, dusty, and hygiene-critical environments. They combine full stainless-steel construction, sealed electrical enclosures, and IP-rated controls to perform reliably through intensive sanitation cycles.
Using intermittent motion technology, the W Series pauses film during sealing for maximum dwell time and seal integrity, even in cold-room or moisture-heavy conditions. A vacuum belt film transport system maintains smooth handling despite humidity, while torque-controlled sealing jaws protect delicate films and maintain consistent packaging quality.

VFFS Allen Bradley Control System
The ADM-W400 VFFS control system includes an Allen-Bradley controller, Human Machine Interface and three Kinetix servo motors and drives for film pull and the endseal jaws. An integrated Motion on EtherNet/IP is used for simplified wiring and an optional remote access control for diagnosis for the next generation in remote programming technology. Other leading brand components also used include SMC pneumatics, Omron temperature controllers and Sick safety controls to AS4024 for safe guarding and monitoring performance.
